SINGAPORE ZOO
After briefing at Bishan in the morning,
we headed out to the zoo.
Trying hard to look like one!
I'm not going to post pictures of these animals,
theres really far too many!
It started off with the white faced saki monkey
that resembles Darren!
DARREN LOOKALIKE (:
Then came the part,
where the two of us were holding on to the maps.
He asked "Why isn't there a YOU ARE HERE thing on the map"
And I totally agreed and then both at the same time
realise that we are walking and moving around,
how can there be a 'You are here!'
Umm, get that?
HAHA.
When we visited the wallabies,
Darren said "This is a grass tree"
I don't know why, but somehow its funy.
And Rach later on kept pointing to the "grasstree"
and I was just looking around for it,
till I realised she was actually referring to Darren's head.
'THIS IS A GRASS TREE'
And we checked out Baboons tumour-like asses!
And then penguins that didn't look like penguins
but how they were so disgusting like disgusting!
Only the few of us would get that (:
We basically walked all over and saw things like
sun bears, snakes and rhinos which have their butts
facing to us half the time.
And how Darren gets so facinated when he sees fishes
and how it mistook zebra for giraffe.
Ah meng
Girls
Umm.
Jielin.
We were on timer mode and Darren's looking at some screen instead!
Alas.
He has this thing with trees, not only fishes!
Sick thing
Followed on, we went into fragile forest
and saw those creepy crawlies.
There's this whole tank of cockroaches
which were really really gross.
Then we entered this trail where this bird
just flew past me and making me squat instantaneously.
And how Rachel and I got freaked out by 2 blue birds.
Saw racoons and bats.
Those bats remind me of the fruit bats in SAC
and how it always shat (if there's sucha word) on our exam tables!
That's pretty much about and we left the place
when zookeeper start keeping the animals in.
The end!
We then landed at some random night bazaar and
then dinnered at Lot One.
Hung around for a while, doing stupid things like
standing in a circle outisde Yellow.
Whoever moved first, got to get a piercing.
Actually, we are all trying to get Nic to pierce.
Train home was funny.
Metro!
We changed train and sat all the way back from Boon Lay.
Boardgame Cafe, Christmas party and what not!
